Tint Logic Privacy Policy

Tint Logic is a quoting, scheduling, reporting, and customer management app for window tint shops. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app may store or use.

Information You Enter

Tint Logic may store information that you choose to enter into the app, including customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, job addresses, vehicle details, quote details, job notes, photos, scheduling information, employee names, payment status, business profile details, pricing settings, and report information.

Local Storage

In the current beta version, app data is stored locally on your device using Apple-provided storage. Tint Logic does not currently operate its own cloud server for syncing app data.

Sharing and Exporting

The app may let you create PDF estimates, share estimates, send emails or text messages, open navigation, or contact support. These actions are started by you and may use Apple apps or third-party services on your device. Information you choose to share through those services is handled according to those services' own privacy practices.

Photos

If you add customer or job photos, those photos are selected by you and stored with the related app data. Tint Logic does not access your photo library except when you choose to add or change a photo.

Payments

Tint Logic may let you record payment status, payment received, balance due, and payment method labels. The current beta version does not process credit card payments or collect payment card numbers.

Subscriptions and Cloud Features

Subscription plans and cloud-based sync features are planned for a future release. This Privacy Policy will be updated before those features collect, sync, or process additional account or cloud data.

Third-Party Tracking and Advertising

Tint Logic does not currently use third-party advertising trackers or sell personal information.

Support Requests

If you contact support, your email address and any information you include in the message will be used to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, and improve the app.

Data Control

Because the current beta stores app data locally, deleting the app may remove locally stored app data from your device. If cloud sync is added in the future, additional account and deletion options may be provided.
