Tint Logic Privacy Policy

Tint Logic provides a quoting, scheduling, reporting, and customer management app and companion web dashboard for window tint shops. This policy covers those products and this informational website, including cloud features when enabled during testing or release.

Information You Enter

Tint Logic may store information that you choose to enter into the app or dashboard, including customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, job addresses, vehicle details, quote details, job notes, photos, scheduling information, employee names, payment status, business profile details, pricing settings, and report information.

Device and Cloud Storage

The app stores data on your device. When you enable cloud access, shared shop records and settings are also stored using Google Firebase. Firebase Authentication manages account sign-in; Cloud Firestore stores shared records and settings; Cloud Storage stores uploaded job photos. The dashboard accesses cloud data using your signed-in account.

Account information includes your sign-in email, account identifier, and app activation status. Firebase App Check helps verify requests from the app. Hosting and cloud providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, and error logs to operate and protect the services. Netlify hosts the websites.

Sharing and Exporting

The app and dashboard may let you create PDF estimates, share estimates, compose emails or text messages, open navigation, or contact support. These actions are started by you and may use Apple apps or third-party services on your device. Information you choose to share through those services is handled according to those services' own privacy practices.

Photos

If you add customer or job photos, those photos are selected or captured by you and stored with the related job data. Photos may be uploaded to Firebase when cloud access is enabled. Camera and photo selection features use the permissions and selection controls provided by your device or browser.

Payments

Tint Logic may let you record payment status, payment received, balance due, and payment method labels. The current beta version does not process credit card payments or collect payment card numbers.

Upcoming Services

Cloud sync is in testing. Paid subscriptions, online payment processing, and automatic reminders are planned but are not currently active. This policy will be updated as additional data-handling practices are introduced.

Third-Party Tracking and Advertising

Tint Logic does not currently use third-party advertising trackers or sell personal information.

Support Requests

If you contact support, your email address and any information you include in the message will be used to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, and improve the app.

Data Control

Deleting the app may remove local data, but does not by itself delete your Firebase account or cloud records. Signing out does not delete saved cloud records. Contact the email below to request help accessing, correcting, or deleting account and cloud data. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. Exported PDFs, sent messages, and copies held by recipients are separate from Tint Logic's stored records.
